Returning visitors to this site will notice that we have a new look and some new features. This page lists all of our web-accessible data collections below. The 'Explore' tab at the top of the page will help you locate collections by subject and variable keyword.
Once you have located the Data Collection you need, a second set of tabs will take you to the 'Description', 'Search Functions', and the 'Download' area for data and documention. We invite you to click on the 'HELP' tab above for more details on using the new system.
Search functions and most documentation are available to ALL. Datasets are accessible based on the following affiliation categories:
- "Data available to ALL"
- indicates access is open to anyone. Some data collections may require registration, but registration is open to anyone.
- "Additional data available to the PSU Community"
- indicates access is available to Penn State faculty, students and staff as well as other affiliates of Association
of Population Centers (APC) member centers.
